mistake

Apparently I misread the scale, or reversed numbers...sigh. Oh, well. 28 pounds in a week is still pretty good. I went to the gym again yesterday and ave an appointment with a personal trainer today. We'll see how that goes.

  1. It's still a huge accomplishment. And I forgot to say yesterday congratulations on all of the other great news about getting rid of the knee and hip pain and not having diabetes. That's really wonderful!
