Stuck

Ok. So I was at 72 lost. I've gone back and forth between 71 and 72 lost this week. I'm really frustrated. I've killed myself at the gym every day. I have spent 1 1/2 hours lifting weights and then 30 minutes on cardio, with nothing to show for it. I've decided that I'm going to be more dilligent with what I'm eating and increase the amount of water I drink. I guess that's the best I can do.

  1. You're doing amazing!!! Your body will reach random plateaus and it'll take it a bit to get over it. Don't get frustrated, keep your chin up! Keep in mind, in less than 3 months you've lost 72 freaking pounds! Be so proud of yourself!

  2. Don't forget that as you gain muscle from lifting, your muscle weighs more than the fat tissue - So you might weigh the same but be 2 inches smaller.
